A Cincinnati Business Courier 2025 40 Under 40 awardee, Tarita Preston brings over 15 years of experience in leadership and organizational development. She is a professional life and leadership coach who partners with corporations and individuals to develop strong leaders and high-performing teams capable of achieving their goals and vision.
Tarita is a former Human Resources Business Partner, where she coached and developed employees and executives on organizational strategy, culture, culture, and engagement. She blends radical self-discovery with a structured, results-driven approach, supporting clients in strengthening leadership skills, deepening impact, and increasing effectiveness.
Her work and insights have been featured in publications and online media outlets including iHeartRadio, The Cincinnati Enquirer, and local news stations.
Deeply committed to her community, Tarita generously contributes her time and talents throughout Cincinnati. She currently serves on the boards of InfoTrust, Cincinnati Opera, Findlay Market Corporation, the African American Chamber of Commerce, and Northern Kentucky University’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and is a former board member of Adopt-A-Class. In 2021, she received the Emerging Leader Award from the Cincinnati African American Chamber and was featured in Who’s Who in Black Cincinnati 2023 for her leadership.
